I'm Jeremy, and I built this tracker because I needed it.
When my daughter started the college soccer recruiting process, I looked everywhere for a system to keep track of everything—the schools, the coaches, the emails, the showcases, the camps, the follow-ups.
I found plenty of recruiting services charging $1,000-$2,000 per year. Great if you need database access or someone to build your profile. But I didn't need that. I just needed a way to stay organized and manage my own outreach.
I couldn't find anything that actually worked the way I needed it to. So I made my own. And honestly, I wish I'd had something like this from day one instead of spending months going through countless iterations, figuring out what actually needed to be tracked and how to organize it all.
WHO AM I?
I'm a digital marketing professional with 20 years of experience running a marketing agency focused on small businesses. I've spent two decades helping clients organize complex processes, track data, and stay on top of relationships. Turns out those same skills translate pretty well to managing college recruiting. I'm also a parent who's been involved with youth soccer for over 12 years—coaching recreational teams, supporting Academy players, and now navigating the recruiting process firsthand.
